随着经济社会的发展,职业风险已表现出新的特征,并对工伤预防提出更为迫切的需求。为提高工伤预防意识,需要从成本与收益的角度证明工伤预防是一项有收益的投资,我国一些企业存在的重经济效益、轻社会效益,重直接效益、轻间接效益,重工伤治疗、轻工伤预防的现象亟待改变,从而增强企业加强工伤预防的责任感,为落实工伤预防奠定坚实的工作基础。

As the economic and social development, occupational risks and hazards have shown new c haracteristics which are more urgent needs for industrial injury prevention. In order to raise industrial injury pre vention awareness, proving industrial injury prevention is a profitable investment from the costs and benefits per spective is needed.Some enterprises in our country pay attention to economic benefits, direct benefits and workrelated injuries, and do not pay attention to social benefits, indirect benefits and prevention of work-related injuries. These phenomena need to be changed so as to strengthen the sense of responsibility for enterprises to strengthen the prevention of work-related injuries, and to lay a solid foundation for the implementation of industrial injury prevention.
