摘要
本文研究稀土元素对毛竹叶绿素荧光特性的影响,结果表明硝酸稀土浓度对毛竹叶绿素荧光参数Fj、Fv/Fo的影响较大,硝酸稀土施肥方式对毛竹叶绿素荧光参数Fi、Fv和Fm的影响较大,硝酸稀土用量对毛竹叶绿素荧光参数的影响较小,但对Fo、Fj、Fi、Fv和Fm的变化量的影响较大。试验中各因素对叶绿素荧光参数指标的影响差异均不显著,但处理1和处理2的Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo值均高于其他处理,表明它们能够把光能有效地转化为生长所需的化学能的能力高于其它处理。毛竹叶绿素OJIP曲线显示各处理施肥前后在O点的差异并不大,从J点处(2 ms)开始出现差异,至P点处差异较大。
In this paper,the effect of rare earth elements on the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Phyllostachys edulis is discussed. The results show that the concentration of rare earth nitrate has great effect on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fj and Fv/Fo) while the fertilizing modes has strong effect on Fi,Fv and Fm. and the rare earth nitrate amount has little influence on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,which has strong influence on the variable quantity of it(Fo,Fj,Fi,Fv and Fm). The influence of various factors on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters difference were not significant,but the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics(Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo) of treatment 1 and treatment 2 are higher than other processing,shows that their capacity convert light energy into chemical energy effectively is higher than other processing. The bamboo chlorophyll OJIP curve shows the difference of all the treatment before and after fertilization in O point is not large,from J point(2 ms) began to appear,to point P are very different.
