森林景观资源是森林资源中的重要组成部分,在对其开发利用过程当中,往往存在着过度开发利用、保护意识缺乏等问题,致使生态环境和自然资源遭受严重破坏。宝贵的自然资源是有限而脆弱的,应在保护前提下,正确认识森林景观资源现状,协调好资源利用、环境保护与旅游开发的关系。从宏观做好长期规划工作,从微观上细化处理现状问题,加强资源管理,坚持"保护第一、适度开发"的原则,在环境资源承载力允许的条件下合理的利用景观资源。

Precious natural resources are limited and fragile,We should have a correct understanding of forest landscape resources present situation under the precondition of protection,coordinate the resource utilization,the relationship between environmental protection and tourism development.
