摘要
根据BMI指数,以不同指数范围人体的唾液淀粉酶为材料,采用碘-淀粉比色法测定唾液淀粉酶活性,研究其活性与肥胖的关系.结果表明:BMI指数较低(偏瘦)的人体的唾液淀粉酶活性平均值最高,BMI指数较高(肥胖)的人体的唾液淀粉酶活性平均值最低,BMI指数标准(正常)的人体的唾液淀粉酶活性平均值低于肥胖人体的唾液淀粉酶活性平均值.研究结果说明唾液淀粉酶活性与肥胖之间存在一定的反比关系.
According to the BMI index, salivary alpha-amylase activity of human salivary amylase with differ- ent exponential range was measured by iodine-starch colorimetry, and its relationship with obesity was studied. The results showed that the average of salivary alpha-amylase activity was the highest of the human body with low BMI (lean), the highest average salivary alpha-amylase activity was observed in subjects with a high BMI (obesity), the salivary alpha-amylase activity of the human body with the BMI index (normal) is slightly lower than the aver- age salivary alpha-amylase activity of the obese human body. The results show that there is a certain inverse rela- tionship between the activity of salivary alpha-amylase and obesity.
