摘要
高校四年制的学制决定了人才的培养周期较短,在这种情况下,陕西理工学院能不断培养出优秀的羽毛球人才,参加各级各类羽毛球比赛均中取得了较为优异的成绩.说明我校的羽毛球培养模式具有较好培养效率.采用了文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,对学校羽毛球人才培养模式进行调查和分析,该模式以大众羽毛球运动"应用型"人才为培养目标,采用兴趣、技能主导方式、竞争机制等选材方式,通过三级培养梯队进行人才培养.通过分析找到在培养模式运行过程中存在的问题:人才培养梯队建设的均衡发展欠佳;训练经费保障不足;师资队伍力量匮乏等问题.最后针对发现的问题提出了改进建议.
The four year system determines the period of training talents is relatively short. In this case, the Shaanxi University of Technology can continue to cultivate outstanding talents to participate in various badminton competitions and made excellent achievements. It indicates the badminton training model has better training effi- ciency. Using the method of documents, interviews and other research methods, mode of the training badminton tal- ents was investigoted and analyzed The mode takes mass badminton application type talents training as the objec- tives with the selecion way of interest, skills led, competition mechanism. The analysis found problems existing in the training mode of operation in the process of personnel training. The balanced development of the echelon con- struction is poor, lack of training funds and faculty shortage. Finally, we put forward some improvement suggestions for these problems.
