摘要
介绍12R22.5 18PR子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 070 mm,断面宽310 mm,行驶面宽度235mm,行驶面弧高度7.5 mm,胎圈着合直径550 mm,胎圈着合宽度250 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.840,胎面花纹为长型花纹与短型花纹交替的变节距花纹,花纹深度17 mm,花纹饱和度73.58%,花纹周节数80。施工设计:胎面采用全分层设计,胎侧采用三复合结构,胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,1~#,2~#和3~#带束层采用4+6×0.30HT钢丝帘线,4~#带束层5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,钢丝圈采用斜六角形结构,采用一次法成型机成型和双模硫化机氮气硫化工艺。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能达到设计和国家标准要求。
The Design on 12R22.5 18PR radial tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 070 mm, cross-sectional width 310 mm, width of running surface 235 mm, arc height of running surface 7.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 550 mm,bead width at rim seat 250 mm,maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0. 840,tread pattern with alternated long pattern and short-pattern,pattern depth 17 mm, block/total ratio 73.6%, and number of pattern pitch 80. In construction design, the following processes were taken: tread with fully layered design, sidewall with three part combination structure, 0.25 + 6 + 12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass ply, 4 + 6×0.30HT steel cord for 1#, 2#and 3# belt, 5 × 0.35HI steel cord for 4# belt, bead ring with oblique hexagonal structure, using one stage building machine to build tire and dual-mold nitrogen curing process to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension, strength property and endurance performance reached the requirements of design and national standards.
