摘要
研究偶联剂Si69用量对天然橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:与未添加偶联剂Si69胶料相比,偶联剂Si69胶料的Payne效应降低,加工性能改善;邵尔A型硬度、100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度增大,拉断伸长率减小。随着偶联剂Si69用量增大,胶料的交联密度增大,抗硫化返原性提高;硫化胶的压缩温升呈下降趋势,抗湿滑性能降低,滚动阻力减小。
The effect of addition level of coupling agent Si69 on the properties of natural rubber was investigated. The results showed that, compared with the compound without coupling agent Si69, the Payne effect of the compound with Si69 was lower, processing property was better, Shore A hardness, modulus at 100% elongation, modulus at 300% elongation, tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanized rubber were higher, and elongation at break was lower. With the addition level of coupling agent Si69 increasing, the cross-linking density of the compound increased, anti-reversion property was improved, the compression temperature rise of the vulcanizates decreased, wet skid resistance and rolling resistance was reduced.
