摘要
研究碳纳米管在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶中加入碳纳米管,胶料的硫化速度基本相当,工艺性能改善;硫化胶的硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度增大,耐磨性能提高,压缩疲劳温升略有增加;成品轮胎的耐磨性能提高;碳纳米管的最佳用量为1.5份。
The application of carbon nanotube in the tread compound of all steel truck and bus radial tire was investigated. The results showed that, by adding carbon nanotube in the tread compound, the curing rate of the compound was similar, and the processing property was improved. The hardness, modulus and tensile strength of the vulcanizates increased, wear resistance was improved, and compression fatigue temperature rise increased slightly. The wear resistance of finished tire was improved. The optimum amount of carbon nanotube was 1.5 phr.
