摘要
介绍了对GB/T 5009.48—2003中异烟酸-吡唑酮法测定酒中氰化物方法的改进与研究,优化了样品前处理过程,解决了样品pH值调节超出定容体积,部分样品加入异烟酸-吡唑酮显色后会产生白色浑浊等问题。结果表明,该方法加标回收率为92.5%~98.1%,检出限为0.1 mg/L,RSD<5%。
The isonicotinic aeid-pyrazole ketones method stipulated in national standard GB/T 5009.48-2003 for the detection of cy- anide in liquor was improved. The pretreatment of liquor samples was optimized, which could settle the problems including liquor sample exceeding constant volume when adjusting pH value, and white precipitate in some samples after the addition of isonicotinic acid-pyrazole ketones, etc. The experimental results suggested that the recovery rate of the improved method was 92.5 % to 98.1%, the detection limit was 0.1 mg/L, and RSD 〈 5 %.
