摘要
身体素质对于学生个人的发展具有举足轻重的意义,可是我们同时应当看到:当代大学生在身体素质方面的表现是不能令人满意的,这就让体能训练必然成为高校体育教师的核心工作。基于这种考虑,有必要集中探讨大学生体能训练的注意要点,如运动量、训练时间、训练技巧等,以保证训练效果的最优化。
Physical quality is of great significance to the development of students, but we should also see that the performance of contemporary college students in physical fitness is unsatisfactory, which makes physical training become the core work of college physical education teachers. Based on this consideration, we need to focus on the physical training of college students pay attention to points, such as exercise, training time, training techniques, in order to ensure the optimization of training effectiveness.
