缺血缺氧脑病患儿血流动力学及血清脑钠肽神经生长因子变化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨缺血缺氧脑病(HIE)患儿血流动力学及血清脑钠肽(BNP)、神经生长因子(NGF)变化。方法选取2015年6月至2016年5月HIE患儿39例为观察组,选取同期分娩的健康足月新生儿30例为对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测定血流动力学指标,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清BNP和NGF。结果观察组大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉平均血流速度(Vm)急性期和恢复期明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),阻力指数(RI)急性期和恢复期明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组血清BNP水平明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),NGF水平明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论血流动力学指标、血清BNP及NGFW作为缺血缺氧脑病患儿病情严重程度的实验室监测指标。 Objective To investigate the changes of hemodynamics, serum brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP ) and nerve growth factor ( NGF ) in children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy ( HIE ) . Methods 39 cases of HIE patients in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group, 30 cases of newborns with the same period healthy full-term birth were selected as control group. The hemodynamics were detected by color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) were used to detect the serum BNP and NGE Results The observation group of anterior cerebral artery mean flow velocity ( Vm ) and middle cerebral arteries in acute phase and recovery phase were significantly lower than the control group ( P〈0.05 ) , resistance index ( RI ) in acute phase and recovery phase were significantly higher than the control group ( P〈0.05 ) ; serum BNP level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P〈0.05 ) , the level of NGF was significantly lower than the control group ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion Hemodynamic parameters, serum BNP and NGF can be used as laboratory monitoring indicators of the severity of the disease in children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
