桂枝茯苓胶囊用于药物流产后效果观察

目的观察桂枝茯苓胶囊对药物流产的完全流产率及流产后阴道出血量、出血时间的影响。方法选择自愿要求药物流产的早孕健康妇女218例，随机分为2组，两组均在服用米非司酮＋米索前列醇流产排出孕囊后常规给予抗菌素口服，观察组同时服用桂枝茯苓胶囊。结果观察组在完全流产率、阴道出血量、阴道出血时间，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊可增加药物流产的完全流产率，减少阴道出血量，同时可缩短阴道出血时间，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Guizhi Fuling Capsule on increasing success rate of medical abortion and decreasing vaginal haemorrhagia amount. Methods 218 healthy pregnant women who had medical abortion voluntarily in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients had medical abortion in both groups and took antibiotics after the release of villus, while patients in observation group took Guizhi Fuling Capsule. Results By using normal distribution econometric method, the result showed that the clinical effects in observation group was significantly different from the result in the control group （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsule is efficient on increasing success rate of medical abortion and decreasing vaginal haemorrhagia amount and length, it is worth promoting in clinical medicine.
