跖跗关节骨折脱位的手术治疗疗效分析

目的探讨跖跗关节骨折脱位（Lisfranc损伤）的诊断，观察切开复位内固定手术治疗的疗效。方法按照中足的三柱理论，足背双切口内侧柱、中间柱坚强固定，外侧柱弹性固定治疗14例Lisfranc损伤患者。结果14例获得随访7-16个月，依据美国足踝外科协会（AOFAS）中足评分标准评价：优7例，良5例，差2例。结论中足三柱理论指导下，切开解剖复位，稳定固定治疗足部Lisfranc损伤效果满意。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and OR_IF treatment of Lisfranc injuries. Methods According to the three-column theory of mesotarsus, double dorsal approach and rigid fixation of intermediate column, 16 cases of Lisfranc injury were treated by using medial and middle column rigid fixation, lateral column elastic fixation. Results 14 cases were followed up 7 to 16 months .Postoperative function were assessed reference to the American Orthopedic Foot ＆ Ankle Society （ AOFAS ） midfoot score standard： Excellent 7 cases, good 5 cases, medium 2 cases. Conclusions By the guidance of three-column theory ofmesotarsus, anatomic reduction and appropriate fixation, the result is excellent.
