中药熏洗联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

目的探讨中药熏洗联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法2型糖尿病合并糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例，随机分为观察组（n=30）和对照组（n=30），观察组每日给予中药熏洗联合硫辛酸治疗，对照组仅给予硫辛酸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后感觉症状，总有效率及神经传导速度的改善情况。结果观察组总有效率83．3％，显著高于对照组56．7％（P〈0．05）；治疗后，两组患者感觉症状及神经传导速度均较治疗前有所改善，但观察组比对照组改善更为明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中药熏洗联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效更为显著。

Objective To discuss the treatment effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 60 cases of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathic pain were randomly selected from our hospital as the objects of our study, then randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group were given Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with lipoic acid for 14 days; control group were given lipoic acid 14 days. The nerve conduction velocity, sensory symptoms and total therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, sensory symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of the two groups improved compared with before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . The efficiency of treatment groups were better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with lipoic acid for diabetic peripheral neuropathy is better.
