脐带脱垂应急救治及预防分析

目的增强对脐带脱垂高危因素的认识，积极采取预防措施，提高应急救治能力。方法通过12例脐带脱垂患者诊治，分析脐带脱垂发生的高危因素、成功救治经验以及采取的预防措施。结果12例脐带脱垂产妇胎死宫内1例，及时并正确救治11例，新生儿均存活。结论加强对脐带脱垂高危因素的认识，及早采取预防措施及正确救治是新生儿安全的关键。

Objective To strengthen the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the risk factors in umbilical cord prolapsed. Methods 12 case of umbilical cord prolapsed in our hospital were analyzed, and the risk factors and experience of successful treatment were summarized. Results 12 cases were dead fetus before hospitalization, 11 case were cured on the basis of correct treatment in time. Conclusion To strengthen the understanding of risk factors of umbilical cord prolapsed, improve the prevention measures and the correct treatment in time are the keys of newborn accident.
