超声在围髋关节相关滑囊炎诊断中的价值

目的评价超声在围髋关节相关滑囊炎诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析9例经MR及临床诊断髋关节滑囊炎患者的超声声像图表现和治疗后复查资料，其中男5例，女4例；年龄41—78岁，平均62岁。病程3周-18个月。结果9例围髋关节相关滑囊炎中，大转予滑囊炎4例，髂耻滑囊炎3例（其中1例为髋关节置换术后9个月的患者，1例为髋关节发育异常患者），臀肌坐骨滑囊炎2例。对9例患者治疗效果随访观察，大转予滑囊炎和坐骨结节滑囊炎相对吸收较快，髂耻滑囊炎相对吸收慢，大病灶比小病灶相对吸收慢，在病因不能解除情况下，病灶吸收缓慢且反复。结论超声在诊断围髋关节相关滑囊炎及观察病变转归过程有重要作用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound in related peri hip bursitis in diagnosis. Methods The ultrasonographic features and review data after treatment of 9 csaes diagnosed hip bursitis by MR and clinical manifestation were retrospective analyzed, 5 cases were male and 4 cases were female, age 41-78 years old, average 62 years old, course of disease for 3 weeks -7 months. Results 9 cases of hip bursitis, 4 cases of greater trochanter bursitis, 3 cases of iliopsoas bursitis （ Among them, 1 cases were 9 months after total hip arthroplasty, and 1 patients with developmental dysplasia of the hip ） , 2 cases of gluteal sciatic bursitis.The therapeutic effect of 9 cases were followed up： Large rotor bursitis and ischial tubercle bursitis relative absorption were faster, the relative absorption of iliac bursitis was slower, the relative absorption of a serious lesion was slower than that of a small lesion. In the cause of the disease could not be lifted, the absorption of the lesion was slow and repeated. Conclusion Ultrasound in the diagnosis ofperi hip joint peripheral （ related ） process and outcome observation of bursitis lesions is important.
