摘要
目的比较改良式超声与常规超声在桡动脉穿刺中的应用。方法选择行桡动穿刺的患者100例,随机分为改良式超声组(A组)和常规超声组(B组),所有患者均在局部麻醉后在超声下进行桡动脉穿刺,记录两组患者超声定位时间、首次穿刺成功率及并发症发生情况。结果A组超声定位时间比B组显著缩短(P〈0.05),且A组首次穿刺成功率比B组显著提高(P〈0.05),两组穿刺并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论改良式超声方法能显著提高超声下桡动脉的首次穿刺成功率。
Objective To investigate the advantage of a modified ultrasound technique over traditional ultrasound technique in radial artery cannulation. Methods One hundred patients scheduled for radial artery cannulation were randomly divided into two groups: Modified ultrasound group ( group A ) and Traditional ultrasound group ( group B ) .The ultrasonic location time, rate of cannula insertion successes on the first attempt, insertion failure rate and complications were recorded. Result The ultrasonic location time was significantly decreased in group A compared with group B ( P〈0.05 ) , and group A had a higher rate of carmula insertion successes on the first attempt ( P〈0.05 ) . However. there was no difference between groups in complications. Conelusion The modified ultrasound technique can obviously improve the success rate of cannula insertion into the radial artery on the first attempt.
