摘要
腺苷酸激酶存在于多种生物中,人类螺旋蛋白相关反应核ATP酶蛋白(human coilin-interacting nuclear ATPase protein,hCINAP),也称AK6,是一种非典型核酶,具有腺苷酸激酶和ATP酶结构特征,及持久的酶催化活性。hCINAP与Cajal体标志性螺旋蛋白反应,其表达水平和酶活性影响Cajal体数量。h CINAP过表达通过调节不同核功能降低Cajal表达水平。本文从编码腺苷酸激酶6基因的定位、腺苷酸激酶的功能及其肿瘤相关性等几个方面进行综述,为全面深入了解腺苷酸激酶6的生物学特性提供良好的理论基础和新线索。
Adenylate kinase is highly conserved across a wide range of organisms, hCINAP is an atypical nucleoplas- mic enzyme, combining structural features of adenylate kinases and ATPases, which exhibits dual enzymatic activity. It interacts with the Cajal body marker coilin and its level of expression and enzymatic activity influence Cajal body numbers, its ovcrexpression decreases the average number of Cajal bodies(CBs) with diverse nuclear functions. For a furher comprehension of AK6 ,we will discuss from the location of encode AK6 genes ,function and tumor- associated characteristics.
