我国沿海地区主要城市创新能力评价分析

Evaluation Analysis of Major Cities Innovation Capacity in Coastal Areas

文章从城市知识创新能力、科技创新能力、产业创新能力、制度创新能力、服务创新能力、创新环境六个方面选取14个指标构建了城市创新能力指标评价体系,并运用SPSS20软件对我国沿海地区16个主要城市的创新能力进行因子分析和聚类分析。根据实证结果,北京的创新能力较高,深圳、上海、广州、南京、杭州等城市的创新能力次之,其他城市的创新能力较弱。再根据构建的指标体系及各城市的得分排名进行分析,为我国创新型城市的建设提出相应的政策建议。

This paper built a comprehensive evaluation index system of city innovation ability by selecting 14 indexes from the ability of innovation in knowledge, science and technology, industry, institution, service and environment. Using SPSS2.0 software for factor analysis and cluster analysis to evaluate 16 major cities in coastal areas of our country city innovation ability. According to the results of empirical analysis, the score of Beijing innovation ability is greater than 1, ranked first place among 16cities of coastal area~ the score of Shenzhen.Shanghai.Guangzhou.Nanjing and Hangzhou is between 0 and 1; the score of other cities in coastal area is lower than 0. Finally, putting forward corresponding suggestions from the angle of evaluation index system of city innovation which we constructed and the scores.rankings of 16 cities in coastal areas.
