基于装备制造企业视角下客户关系管理研究

摘要 保持装备制造企业在激烈的市场竞争中的长久优势至关重要,因此,对客户关系管理理论进行研究梳理实为必要。本文在综述客户关系管理的内涵和基于装备制造企业相关研究视角的基础上,提出了客户关系管理的理论构建,并指出了客户关系管理的主要活动及其思维导向。
