汽油降烯烃含量的研究

摘要 随着对清洁燃料质量标准的日益苛严,清洁汽油的生产已提到十分紧迫的日程上来了,如何在降低烯烃含量的同时,保持汽油辛烷值不变成为石油科研工作者思考的热点问题,基于此,本文总结了常见的降烯烃措施,探讨了某石化公司1.8Mt/a催化汽油加氢精制装置在降低汽油烯烃含量的应用,运行结果表明满足国Ⅲ、国Ⅳ汽油质量要求硫醇硫为3.5mg/kg,小于设计值9mg/kg;烯烃为27.6%,小于设计值36%. With the more strict requirement for clean fuel quali(y standard, the production of clean gasoline has been put on the urgent agenda, therefore, how to reduce the content of olefin, meanwhile, keep the same octane number of gasoline has become the hot issue for petroleum science researcher, based on which, this paper has concluded several common olefin reduction measures and discussed the application of one chemical company's 1.8Mt/a catalytic gasoline hydro-refining unit in reducing gasoline olefin content. The operation result has shown that the satisfying of GB III and GB IV standard gasoline needs 3.5mg/kg of mercaptan sulfur, which is lower than the design value 9m/kg, besides, the olefin is 27.6%, lower than the design value 36%.
