摘要
应用液液萃取的方法能够获得脂肪乳内的BHT(2,6-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚)抗氧剂,基于此应用高效液相色谱法检测脂肪乳注射液中抗氧BHT。实验结果证明,在2.07~259.00ug/mL区间内BHT线性关系优良。回收效率也处于较高层次上。由此可见,对脂肪乳注射液中的抗氧剂BHT采用这样的检测方法,在精确性以及时效性等方面均体现出巨大的优越性。
Application liquid-liquid extraction method can obtain the BHT（2, 6-tertiary butyl-methylphenol）antioxygen in fat emulsion, based on which, using the high performance liquid chromatography method to detect take detection of the antioxygen BHT in .fat emulsion injection. The experiment result proves that in the range of 2.07-259.00ug/mL, the BHT linear relation is good and the recovey rate is also in the higher level. Thus, it can seen that, adopting this method has great superiority in the aspects of accuracy and effectiveness.
