摘要 本研究对近年燃煤电厂石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺,介绍了其用水情况。对石灰石及石膏湿法脱硫的废水水质进行了分析,并探讨了脱硫运行的节水优化措施,提出了烟道蒸发处理脱硫废水零排放技术的技术,其目的就是做到回收水资源的同时,减少并防止高盐废水污染环境。该研究对湿法脱硫的设计和运行具有一定指导意义。 This research has introduced the water-using situation of limestone-gypsum wet desulfuration technology for coal-fired power plant in recent years and analyzed the waste water quality of the limestone-gypsum wet desulfuration, besides, discussed the water-saving and optimization measures for desulfuration operation and put forward the desulfuration waste water zero-emission technology by gas flue evaporation, which purpose is that at the time of finishing water resources recycling, reducing and preventing the pollution of high-salinity wastewater on environment. This research has certain guiding significance to the design and operation of wet desulfuration.
