Discussion of Environmental Pollution Emission Reduction Work for Basic-level Team Station of Well Drilling Industry

2015年1月1日起开始实施的《中华人民共和国环境保护法》,以及2016年十三五规划纲要中强调"资源高效利用,环境质量改善",对环保工作提出了更高的要求,同时也加大了环境保护的治理工作以及处罚力度。作为钻井行业,如何使HSE中的环保工作实现螺旋式上升,实现企业可持续发展,将依法治企的理念深入企业,除了加大对废弃物的处理力度外,作为我们基层队站,废弃物的直接产生者、治理者,更是要从污染的源头、材料、过程、末端进行深入的思考,这样才能更好的与地方单位、青海油田的环境保护工作对接,实现可持续发展。

The implemented Law of Environmental Protection of the People＇s Republic of China since Jan.lst, 2015 and the emphasizing of high efficient utilization of resource, environmental quality improvement in the layout plan of 13th five-year plan in 2016 have put forward higher requirement for the environmental work, meanwhile, have strengthened the governing work and punishment power. As the well drilling industry, how to achieve the spiral escalation of environmental protection work in HSE, achieve the sustainable development of enterprises and make the concept of managing enterprises according to law be rooted deeply into enterprises, except for devoting greater effort to the treatment of wastes, the direct producer and governor of wastes, as the basic-level team station, should take deep thinking from the pollution source, materials, process and terminal stage, only in which way, can we achieve the environmental protection docking work with local unit and Qinghai oilfield and achieve the sustainable development.
