城市排水中高含量总磷测定方法探究

Study on the Determination of High Concentration of Total Phosphorus in Wastewater Discharged to Municipal Sewers

过硫酸钾消解-钼酸铵分光光度法测定城市排水中的总磷,当水样含磷量在0.6mg/L至1.2mg/L时,用校准曲线扩展法和显色液稀释法测定,结果与水样稀释法测定无显著性差异。

K2S2O8digestion- Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method is a normal method for analysis of phosphorus in wastewater discharged to municipal sewers. When the phosphorus concentration in the wastewater is from 0. 6mg/L to 1.2mg/L, a new diluted sample was required to fit the scale.Colorimeric solution dilution method and extending calibration curve method were tested in this study. The results showed that these methods are accurate, simple, operative and no obvious deviation with sample dilution.
