摘要
本文研究出的高温焙烧-热风分离-冷却结晶-陶瓷膜过滤-硫酸吸收的干湿法组合收砷工艺,对接触法硫铁矿制硫酸生产线进行改造,可以杜绝含砷废水排放,实现中水全部回用。工艺简单,成本低,能耗小,操作简便,容易实施,环境效益和经济效益显著。
In this paper, it has studied out the dry-wet method combined arsenic collecting technology of high-temperature roasting-hot-blast air separation-cooling crystallization-ceramic membrane filtration-sulfuric acid absorption and taken transformation of the production line-sulfuric acid preparation by pyrite in touching method, which can end the discharging of arsenic-contained waste water and achieve the total recycling of intermediate water. This technology has simple process, low cost, low energy-consumption, easy operation procedure and obvious environmental benefit and economic benefit.
