摘要
神华包头煤化工聚乙烯装置结合实际生产过程中的操作经验,阐述了冷凝态操作特点,并从冷剂异戊烷浓度对露点、反应系统稳定性、催化剂活性及静电控制等方面进行简析,提出冷凝操作注意事项。
In thispaper,through the combination ofpolyethylene unit ofShenhua Baotou coal chemicalindustry with the operation experience inpractical production process, it has expounded the operation features of condensation phase, besides, has analyzed the influence of cryogen isopentane concentration on dew point, reaction system stability, catalyst activity and static electn＇city control etc., finally put forward the matters needing attention of the condensation phase.
