分析5%葡萄糖注射液中外源性抗氧剂的测定

Analysis of the Measurement of Exogenous Antioxidants in 5% Glucose Injection

利用HPLC方法对5%葡萄糖注射液内抗氧剂1010与168的含量进行检测,侧重点在于专研抗氧剂在注射液内的迁移情况。结果显示抗氧剂1010在0.61~363.66mg·L^(-1)范畴内线性关系优良,抗氧剂168在1.21~362.66mg·L^(-1)区间内线性关系优良。可见外源性抗氧剂在5%葡萄糖注射液中发生了迁移。

Make use of the HPLC method to measure the content of antioxidants 1010 and 168 in 5% glucose injection and the key point is the study of the movement situation of antioxidants in injection. The result has shown that the antioxidant 1010 has a good linear relation in the range of O. 61-363.66mg·L-1 and antioxidant 168 has a good linear relation in the range of 1.21-362.66mg·L-1. We can know that the exogenous antioxidants has movement in 5% glucose injection.
