摘要
随着研究抗艾滋病药物的深入,科学家们发现,针对这种高突变率的逆转录病毒而言,最有效的办法就是多种药物混合治疗,被美籍华裔科学家何大一称为"鸡尾酒疗法"。最新发现的地拉韦啶是一种非核苷逆转录酶抑制剂,能够有效加速治疗患者的HIV病毒感染。本文以地拉韦啶药物临床效果为指导,探讨此药的合成原理。
With the deepening of aids drugs research, the scientists have found that, in terms of this virus with high mutation rate, the most effective method is the combined therapy of various drugs, which method is called cocktails therapy by Chinese American scientist He Dayi. The new found delavirdine is one non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor and it can effectively accelerate the treatment of patients HIV virus infection. In this paper, taking the clinical effect of delavirdine as the guidance, it has discussed the synthesis principle of this drug.
