针对于招标管理而言,主要是采购管理过程中一项十分重要的环节,做好招投标的管理工作,对于公司自身的物资管理具有着十分重要的一个作用,然而针对于物资的采购而言,原则主要是为采取招投标的方式,在一些较为特殊的情况下,也是可以采取非招投的形式。所以在本文当中,通过电力企业的物资采购招投标管理作出一定程度的分析,进而在分析的基础上对下文内容进行提出,希望能够给与同行业工作的人员可以提供出一定价值的参考。
