摘要
目的探讨临床药师参与参与1例华法林与曲马多产生相互作用的治疗意义。方法临床药师通过参与1例患者服用华法林与曲马多产生相互作用的病例治疗,根据其体征、实验室检查及病情变化,对治疗方案提供药学建议和药学监护。结果经过治疗后患者病情好转。结论临床实践中,临床药师提供用药建议及药学监护,有助于临床用药的合理性及安全性。
Objective To investigate the significance of clinical pharmacists participate in analysis of one case of tramadol-warfarin interaction.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in one case of tramadol-warfarin interaction,and provided suggestions and pharmaceutical cares on the basis of the signs,laboratory examination and disease condition.Results The condition of patients gradually improved.Conclusion The participating of clinical pharmacists in clinical therapy can provide suggestions of pharmaceutical using and pharmaceutical care,promote rationality and safety of medication.
