摘要
近年来石化装置检修工程急、难、险特点项目日益增多,无损检测工作往往成为制约整个检修进度的重要因素。结合中国石油克拉玛依石化公司2015年停产检修改造工程的无损检测工作,论述了在实践中采取了以下管理措施:首先准确预测无损检测工程量,明确工程重点、难点,确定工作主线;其次在施工阶段的进度管理上,采取以保证重要施工时间节点为重点,合理调配人员,准确运用数据库销号单进行严格控制;其三安全管理方面注重风险识别和现场管控;技术质量管理方面实行事前预防,加强过程监督;其四经营结算管理方面注重结算资料的收集、统计,以及时准确结算;其五分包管理上突出统一管理。通过以上措施实现了对工程的有效管控,顺利地完成了各项无损检测工作,同时也找出了在施工过程中的不足以及今后的改进方向。
This paper takes the non-destructive testing (NDT) work in shutdown maintenance carried out by PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Co. in 2015 as an example to discuss practical management measures. The first step is to accurately predict the work quantity of NDT, make clear the key points and difficulties of the NDT work, and determine the main work line. Secondly, the schedule management in the construction phase should take the important construction time nodes as the key point, reasonably deploy personnel, accurately use the database sales orders for strictly control. Thirdly, safety management focuses on risk identification and site control, technical quality management implements pre-prevention and strengthens the process supervision. Fourthly, operating settlement management focuses mainly on the settlement information collection and statistics, and timely and accurate settlement as well. Fifthly, subcontract management highlights the unified management. Through aforementioned measures, the NDT project is effectively controlled and successfully completed. In addition, the inadequacy in the construction process is identified and the future improvement is also put forward.
