校园不只是一片被开发了的土地或一些可供使用的房屋,更应是一个具有高度艺术价值和实用价值的整体系统,以其空间与氛围熏陶学生的道德品质、研究潜力。该文结合宁海技工学校限制条件与营造过程分析,阐述了建筑师与建设方、施工方共同努力的有效策略,讨论了校园设计中对多重限定与需求进行超越的可行性。
The campus is not only an exploited area or several buildings can be used, but also a holistic system with highly artistic and practical value,, and il：S space and ambience can edify the rnorality character and research potential of the students. With the analysis of the limitations and the construction process of Ninghai Technical School, we expound the efficient methods of joint effort among the architect, the client and the tontratter, and discuss the feasibility of the transcendence of many limitations and requirements in the campus design.
