The modem times industrial technology and the mathematics mutual promotion, the new technological revolution origins from thecomputation technology improvement, the modem network world is closely linked with the mathematics, mathematics development promotedthe technology advancement, the technology advancement also to impetus basic mathematics development, the two promoted the human culturedevelopment together, has brought the modem culture and the civilized unprecedented prosperity, also widely was affecting the modem life andthe thought. This paper analyzed the idea of attaching the importance to the strategy of mathematical culture in the college mathematics teaching.The proposed method is of great importance of enhancing the further direction of the mathematical education paradigms.
