PDCA管理在连续性血液净化患者中的应用

Application of PDCA Management in Patients Undergoing Continuous Blood Purification

目的:探讨PDCA管理在连续性血液净化患者中的应用。方法:选取2015年1~12月收治的60例行连续性血液净化患者作为对照组,进行常规护理管理;选取2016年1~12月60例行连续性血液净化患者作为观察组,应用PDCA管理,比较两组预后、并发症及护理满意度。结果:治疗后两组预后优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对基础护理、操作技术、护理责任心、应急能力、健康教育、文书书写等方面满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA管理可提高连续性血液净化患者治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,有效改善预后,从而提高患者满意度。

Objective：To investigate the application of PDCA management in patients with continuous blood purification. Methods：60 patients with continuous blood purification treated in January to December in 2015 were selected as the control group and routine nursing management was carried out. Selected 60 patients with continuous blood purification in January to December in 2016 as the observation group was applied PDCA management. The prognosis, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results ： Af- ter the treatment, the prognosis of two groups was significantly better than that before the treatment, and the observation group＇s was signifi- cantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The complication rate of the observation gronp was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 O. 05 ）. The satisfaction scores of basic nursing, operation skill, nursing responsibility, emergency response, health education and document writing of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： PDCA management can improve the treatment effect of continuous blood purification patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and ef- fectively improve the prognosis, so as to improve patients satisfaction.
