艾灸配合小茴香热敷治疗骨科患者便秘的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Moxibustion combined with Fennel on the Constipation of Orthopedic Patients

目的探讨艾灸配合小茴香热敷治疗便秘的护理方法及效果。方法 78例骨折患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组运用常规护理方法加上艾灸配合小茴香热敷治疗便秘,对照组运用常规的饮食和心理护理及健康教育治疗便秘。结果治疗组总有效率为97.1%,对照组总有效率为42.8%。结论应用艾灸配合小茴香热敷治疗骨折患者的便秘,取得了较好的效果,减轻了患者的痛苦,促进了患者的康复,且简单易行,经济方便。

Objective To investigate the nursing method and effect ofmoxibustion combined with hot compress in the treatment of constipation of fennel. Methods 78 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group fracture, treatment group using routine nursing plus moxibustion with hot fennel treat constipation, control diet and psychological nursing and health education in the treatment of constipation group using routine. ,Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.1%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 42.8%. Conclusion The application of moxibustion treatment of hot fennel fractures in patients with constipation, and achieved good results, reduce the pain of patients, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and simple, economical and convenient.
