摘要
目的分析对比外固定架(EF)与LCP钢板治疗C型桡骨远端骨折(DRF)的疗效。方法 2012年8月至2015年8月我院收治的C型DRF患者88例,根据双盲法将其平分为研究组与对照组。研究组应用LCP治疗,对照组应用EF治疗。随访6个月,观察对比两组患者尺偏角、掌倾角、屈伸活动与握力的变化。结果随访6个月,研究组关节屈伸活动度与握力均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组尺偏角与掌倾角对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于EF,LCP对关节面复位效果更佳,且强化了患者的握力,适于临床应用。
Objective Comparative Analysis of external fixator （EF） with LCP plate for treatment of type C distal radial fracture （DRF） effect. Methods August 2012- August 2015 C-DRF patients in our hospital 88 cases, according to their level into a double-blind study group and the control group. Study group were treated with LCP, the control group EF treatment. Followed up for 6 months, the two groups were observed and compared ulnar, palmar angle, range of motion and change of grip strength. Results Followed up for 6 months, the study group joint range of motion and grip strength were higher （P〈0.05）; two groups ulnar palmar angle contrast with no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Intersect at EF, LCP for the reduction of articular surface better and strengthen the grip of patients suitable for clinical applications.
