摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务模式在老年患者日常生活安全管理中的作用。方法将2012年8月至2013年7月收治的老年患者464例作为对照组,将2013年8月至2014年7月收治的老年患者518例作为观察组。结果实施优质护理后,护理不良事件发生率明显低于实施前。结论开展优质护理服务可以使护理人员意识到影响老年患者安全的种种因素,规范护理人员对工作时间的分配管理。
Objective To investigate the quality of nursing service mode in daily life safety management in elderly patients. Methods The August 2012- July 2013 were elderly patients with 464 cases as control group, August 2013- July 2014 were elderly patients with 518 cases as observation group. Results Implementation of nursing quality, nursing adverse events occurred rate was significantly lower than that before the implementation. Conclusion To carry out high quality nursing service can make all sorts of factors of nursing staff awareness of the impact of elderly patient safety, standardize nursing on working time distribution management.
