临终关怀改善晚期癌痛患者生活质量的研究

Advanced Research Quality of Life in Patients with Cancer Pain Improved Hospice

目的探究临终关怀对改善晚期癌痛患者生活质量的效果。方法对我院2015年3月至2016年3月间接收的80例晚期癌痛患者进行护理,征得患者及其家属同意后,按照随机序号法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组采用临终关怀护理,观察两组效果并进行比较。结果观察组生活质量和焦虑抑郁均优于对照组,两组比较差异明显,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组护理满意率92.5%高于对照组75.0%,两组比较存在明显差异,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临终关怀能够有效改善晚期癌痛患者生活质量,因此值得我们在临床中借鉴使用。

Objective Hospice explore the effect of improving the quality of life in patients with advanced cancer. Methods 80 cases of advanced cancer patients in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were receiving care, with the patient and their families consent, in accordance with the law of random numbers were divided into control group and observation group and the control group conventional methods of care, hospice care observation group to observe the effect of the two groups were compared. Results Observation group and the quality of life of anxiety and depression than the control group, the difference was significant, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Observation group care satisfaction rate of 92.5%, higher than 75.0%, there are significant differences between the two groups, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Hospice care can improve the quality of life in advanced cancer pain, so we can learn from in clinical use.
