消瘀康胶囊治疗老年痰瘀阻络型脑梗死的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Xiaoyukang Capsule in Treating Senile Phlegm and Blood Stasis Collateral Cerebral Infarction

目的消瘀康胶囊治疗痰瘀阻络型脑梗死的临床疗效观察。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月在大连市友谊医院老年病科就诊的80例痰瘀阻络型脑梗死患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组40例,按照常规西医对症治疗,试验组40例,在对照组的基础上加消瘀康胶囊。比较两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分、ADL评分。结果治疗后试验组NIHSS评分、ADL评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗的基础上采用消瘀康胶囊治疗痰瘀阻络型脑梗死,可以有效缓解神经功能缺损情况,调高生活质量,值得在临床推广。
