医学本科临床实践阶段的医患沟通教育现状及需求分析

A Survey of the Present Situation and Need for Training of Doctor-patient Communication Education from Medical Undergraduates

目的调查我院医学本科临床实习阶段医学生的医患沟通能力教育现状和教育需求。方法对2015年在我院实习的322名医学实习生采用问卷调查的形式对医患沟通中是否遇到负面经历、对建立和谐医患关系的信心和对于培训的需求进行评分统计。结果共305分问卷有效,36.07%的被调查学生有时或经常遇到负面医患沟通情况,仅有38.69%的学生对建立良好的医患关系具有信心,94.49%的学生希望接受接受相关医患沟通的培训。结论医患沟通教育在医学生教育中势在必行。

Objective The purpose of this study is to describe the present situation and the need for training of doctor-patient communication education from medical undergraduates. Methods This was a cross - sectional survey of all the 322 medical undergraduates studying in the hospital. The questionnaire covered their negative doctor - patient communication experience, confidence in the establishment of good doctor - patient relationship and the need for a relavant training program. Result A total of 305 valid questionnaires was gained. 36,07% of the students had negative doctor-patient communications, Only 38.69% of the students felt quite confident or extremely confident in doctor-patient communication skills. 94.49% of them expressed their expectation to get. Conclusions Doctor-patient communication training is very important for the medical undergraduates.
