摘要 目的探讨行动学习法在妇产科新入职护生临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取我院16名新入职护生,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组8名,采用传统教学法带教;研究组8名,采用行动学习法进行教学。对比两组考试成绩、实践能力。结果研究组采用行动学习法后,笔试成绩为(91.56±5.12)分、实践技能成绩为(93.15±4.87)分,显著优于对照组的(77.14±9.16)分、(73.67±10.15)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行动学习法应用于妇产科新入职护生带教中,可显著提升护生学习积极性,提升带教质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of action learning method in the clinical teaching of Obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 16 new nursing students were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. In the control group, 8 were taught by traditional teaching method. The study group was 8, and the action learning method was used. Comparison of two groups of test scores, practical ability. Results Study group the action learning method, written examination achievement for (91.56±5.12), practical skill scores (93.15±4.87), (77.14±9.16) was significantly better than that of the control group, (73.67±10.15) points, the difference is statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Action learning method is applied to the new recruits in obstetrics and Gynecology Teaching for nursing students, can significantly improve the learning enthusiasm of students, improve the quality of teaching, it is worthy of clinical application.
