循证护理在肿瘤患者护理中对患者疼痛的影响

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Pain in Patients with Cancer

目的研究循证护理在肿瘤患者护理中对患者疼痛的影响。方法 2015年1月至2016年1月在沈阳市第一人民医院就诊的90例肿瘤患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组45例,采取普通护理,试验组45例,在对照组的基础上采取循证护理,比较两组患者在治疗期间的睡眠、疼痛、食欲、神经、康复信心。结果试验组各项指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用循证护理可以明显减轻患者的疼痛,增加患者食欲,提高患者的睡眠质量,增加康复的信心,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing on the pain of patients with cancer. Methods 2015 January to 2016 January in 90 cases of patients with tumor in Shenyang City First People＇s Hospital, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 45 cases in the control group, take general nursing, the experimental group 45 cases, on the basis of the control group adopted evidence-based nursing, were compared between the two groups during treatment in sleep, pain, loss of appetite, nerve, rehabilitation confidence. Results The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can significantly reduce the pain of patients, increase appetite, improve sleep quality, and increase the confidence of rehabilitation, it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
