摘要
目的探讨经颅多普勒超声(transcranial doppler,TCD)在腔隙性脑梗死患者脑血流动力学监测方面的临床意义。方法选取2015年1月至2015年12月我院收治的60名腔隙性脑梗死患者,选取60名健康人做为对照组,应用TCD检测腔隙性脑梗死患者及对照组人群颅内主要大动脉血管(大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉及椎-基底动脉)的血流速度及搏动指数,对所得检测结果进行统计学分析。结果与对照组相比,腔隙性脑梗死患者大脑中动脉及基底动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度(systolic velocity,Vs)均相对减慢(P<0.05),搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)相对增高(P<0.05)。结论 TCD对颅内小动脉病变的监测有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of TCD in cerebral hemodynamic monitoring in patients with lacunar infarction.Methods 60 patients with lacunar infarction admitted into our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as subjects,and 60 healthy people were selected as the control group.TCD was used to detect the blood flow velocity and pulsatility index of major cerebral arteries (the middle cerebral artery,anterior cerebral artery,posterior cerebral artery and vertebral basilar artery) in the patients with lacunar infarction and the healthy people of the control group,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with that of the control group,the peak systolic velocity of the middle cerebral artery and vertebral basilar artery in the patients with lacunar infarction was relatively decreased(P〈0.05),and the pulsatility index (PI) was relatively increased (P〈0.05).Conclusion TCD has positive clinical significance in the monitoring intracranial arteriole lesions.
