老年患者髋关节置换手术麻醉护理配合的体会

The Anesthesia Nursing Cooperation in Hip Replacement Surgery on Elderly Patients

目的总结在老年患者接受髋关节置管手术过程中的实施麻醉护理配合要点。方法本次研究采用回顾性分析方法,将2014年2月至2015年3月间手术患者作为对照组,此时间段内我院未开展优质护理工作,我院于2015年3月至2016年3月在手术室加强优质护理概念推广,将收治的30例接受髋关节置换术的老年患者作为护理配合组,对照组患者实施常规围手术期护理措施,护理配合组着重注意手术麻醉过程中的护理配合,提供优质护理干预措施,总结患者满意度与髋关节功能恢复情况,总结护理质量评分。结果对照组患者满意度为76.67%,护理配合组为96.67%,对照组较低,P<0.05。对照组患者术后髋关节功能恢复有效率为83.33%,护理配合组为96.67%,对照组较低,P<0.05。对照组患者对于临床术前指导、体征观察及护理配合、术后监测等指标评分均较低,护理配合组均较高,P<0.05。结论对髋关节置换术患者,做好围手术期护理同时注重术中麻醉护理配合工作,护理配合组患者对临床服务满意度为96.67%,且护理质量评价较高,患者术后髋关节功能恢复有效率为96.67%。

Objective To summarize the key points of anesthesia nursing cooperation during the process of hip replacement surgery on elderly patients.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted in this study.The patients admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the control group,during which time high quality nursing program was not implemented in our hospital.From March 2015 to March 2016,high quality nursing program was launched in operation room.30 elderly patients who were admitted to our hospital and underwent hip replacement surgeries were selected as the nursing cooperation group.Routine perioperative nursing measures were taken to treat the patients in control group.The patients of nursing cooperation group received more care from the nursing cooperation in the process of anesthesia in the surgery and more qualified nursing intervention measures were taken.Patients satisfaction,hip joint function recovery and the nursing quality score were evaluated.Results The satisfaction degree of the patients in the control group（76.67%） was lower than that of the nursing cooperation group （96.67% ,P〈0.05）.The effective rate of hip joint function recovery of the control group （83.33%） was lower than that of nursing cooperation group （96.67%,P〈0.05）.The scores of indicators like clinical preoperative guidance,physical observation,nursing cooperation,and postoperative monitoring ,etc.of the control group were lower than those of the nursing cooperation group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Besides high quality service provided in perioperative nursing,intraoperative anesthesia nursing cooperation should be given to patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.The satisfaction degree of clinical service to patients in nursing coordination group was 96.67%.The nursing quality evaluation was high and the effective rate of patients＆#39; postoperative hip function recovery was 96.67%.
