Orem自护模式对慢性心衰患者心功能及生存质量的影响

Effects of Orem Self-care Model on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨Orem自护模式对慢性心衰患者心功能及生存质量的影响。方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年6月92例慢性心衰患者,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组予以常规护理,试验组组予Orem自护理干预措施,均追踪随访6个月,在两组患者入院时及随访6个月时均进行6 min步行试验,记录两组患者步行距离;采用明尼苏达心衰问卷调查表对两组患者生活质量进行评定;通过彩超检测患者心功能相关指标。结果随访6个月后,实验组患者6 min步行距离显著高于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者B超检测心功能相关指标较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 Orem自护模式作为慢性心衰患者的辅助治疗,可改善患者心功能,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of Orem self-care model on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Ninety-two cases,with chronic heart failure,enrolled in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015,were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group underwent Orem self-care intervening measure.Both groups were followed up for six months.A six-minute walking test was carried out on admission and six months later in both groups,and all patients＆#39; walking distance were recorded.Meanwhile,patients＆#39; life qualities were assessed by Minnesota heart failure questionnaire,and related indicators of cardiac function were detected through Color Doppler ultrasound.Results After following up for six months,the distance of six-minute walking test in experimental group was significantly longer than that in control group （P〈0.05）,the life quality score in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）,and the related indexes of cardiac function through B ultrasonic test was significantly higher in experimental group than those in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion As an auxiliary treatment for patients with chronic heart failure,the Orem self-care model can ameliorate their cardiac function and quality of life.
