Research Progress of Somatostatin and its Receptor in Gynecological Diseases

生长抑素是人体内广泛分布的一种多肽类激素,具有抗肿瘤细胞增殖及促进肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用,近年来发现,生长抑素及其类似物对许多实体肿瘤均有抑制作用,其作用大多数通过生长抑素受体发挥作用,受体有5种亚型(SSTR1-5),在各个正常或肿瘤组织中表达各不相同。有关生长抑素及其受体在妇科疾病中的研究,为生长抑素及其类似物在妇科疾病中的应用提供理论支持。

Somatostatin is a kind of peptide hormone,widely distributed in the body,which can inhibit the proliferation and induce the apoptosis of tumor cells.Moreover,many solid tumors are controlled by somatostatin and its analogues,which play a role mainly through five somatostatin receptors （SSTR1-5） that are variably expressed in all kinds of normal and tumor tissues.The research of somatostatin and its receptors provides theoretical support for the application of somatostatin and its analogues to gynecological diseases.
