摘要
目的本研究系统评价白细胞介素17A(interleukin-17A,IL-17A)基因rs2275913多态性与肺结核遗传易感的相关性。方法全面检索电子数据库Pub Med、EMBASE、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、CNKI、Wan Fang Data和CBM,截止日期为2017年01月30日,按纳入与排除标准筛选文献,采用Stata13.0软件进行Meta分析,并评估发表偏倚。结果共纳入8篇研究,包括3659例患者和3936例对照者。合并结果显示:在亚洲和欧洲人群中,尤其在中国人群中,未发现IL-17A基因rs2275913多态性与肺结核易感性有关联;在南美洲人群中,IL-17A基因rs2275913多态性与肺结核遗传易感性有关联;Egger's线性回归分析显示不存在发表偏倚(P>0.05)。结论在中国人群中IL-17A基因rs2275913多态性与肺结核易感性无关联;在南美洲人群中IL-17A基因rs2275913多态性GG基因型有增加患肺结核的风险。
Objective This study aimed to systematically evaluate the relationship between interleukin - 17A (IL - 17A) gene rs2275913 polymorphism and susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods An electronic search of PubMed,EMBASE,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFangData and CBM database for relevant articles were conducted. The deadline was 30 January 2017. Studies were identified with criteria for inclusion and exclusion. Stata 13.0 software was used for meta -analysis, and publication bias was also examined. Results A total of 8 studies,including 3659 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 3936 healthy controls. The combined results showed that there was no significant relationship between IL - 17A gene rs2275913 polymorphism and susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis in the Asian and European populations, especially in the Chinese populations, and that IL - 17A gene rs2275913 polymorphism was associated with pulmonary tuberculosis in the South American populations. Egger's linear regression test revealed that there was no publication bias ( 〉0.05 ). Conclusion IL - 17A gene rs2275913 polymorphism was not associated with susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis in the Chinese populations; IL- 17A gene rs2275913 polymorphism GG genotype increased the risk of pulmonary tuberculosis in the South American populations.
