摘要 针对通信电子防御效能评估过程中指标的不确定性描述问题,提出一种基于云模型和证据理论的信息融合评估方法。设计评语等级云发生器,根据云隶属度构造基本信度分配函数。基于证据距离修正的证据融合规则对不同指标的基本信度分配信息进行融合,并将融合后的基本信度分配与评语量化值进行线性加权,得到最终评估结果。以跳频通信装备为例进行通信电子防御效能评估,结果表明,该方法能有效降低专家评价的主观性,使评估结果更准确客观。 To deal with the uncertainty description of index in the evaluation of communication electronic defense effectiveness,an information fusion evaluation method based on cloud model and evidence theory is proposed. A cloud generator of comment levels is designed, and the Basic Probability Assignment(BPA) function is constructed by cloud membership grade. The BPA information of different indexes is synthesized based on the evidence fusion rules, and the final evaluation result is obtained through linearly weighting the synthetic BPA and quantization values of the comment levels. Taking the frequency hopping communication equipment as an example to evaluate communication electronic defense effectiveness, the results show that the method can effectively reduce the subjectivity caused by expert evaluation and make the evaluation result more accurate and objective.
