摘要 以树莓品种"哈瑞太兹"和"红宝玉"1年生枝条带腋芽的茎段为外植体,研究光照时长、植物生长调节剂对腋芽增殖的影响;探讨组培苗生根的最佳培养基,以建立树莓组织培养快繁体系。结果表明:"哈瑞太兹"的培养基为MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA+30g/L蔗糖+8g/L琼脂;"红宝玉"的培养基为MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.3mg/L NAA+30g/L蔗糖+8g/L琼脂,光照时长12~14h/d最佳;组培苗最佳生根培养基均为1/2MS+1mg/L IBA+2mg/L NAA+30g/L蔗糖+8g/L。 This experiment with raspberry varieties "Heritage" and"Hongbaoyu"annual branches stem segment with axillary bud as explants,Study the illumination time.The influence of plant growth regulator on axillary bud germi- nation;The best medium somaclone take root,To establish a raspberry tissue culture system of rapid propagation. The results show that:"Haritage" culture medium for MS + 2 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/LNAA 30 g/L + sugar + 8 g/I, AGAR;"Hongbaoyu" medium for MS + 2 mg/L 6-BA +0.3 mg/LNAA 30 g/L sugar + 8 g/L AGAR. The best illumination time 12 -14 hours/day; Somaclone best rooting medium are 1/2MS+1mg/LIBA + 2mg/LNAA+ 30g/L sugar +8 g/L AGAR.
